The Jazzcat

Hello Everyone!

I hope that you have been enjoying all of the great pictures and

articles. I am off to NYC to see a few plays, visit with friends and

check out a few jazz clubs. I will, of course document my travels and

give the the scoop when I return.

The last time I visited NYC was about 3 years ago for the International Association of Jazz Educators Convention. I had the greatest time. I was there for 10 days and stayed with good friend like Vanessa Rubin, Andy Milne, Willie Jones, and Eric Person.

I used a digital camera for the first time and took some of the best

shots I have ever taken. When I got back home I was so excited that I

wanted to put the pictures on my computer right away. I did not know

what I was doing and I erased 10 days of my first time in snow.

You can imagine how I felt. I had pictures of everyone! Oh well, it will not happen this time!

I hear that they just had a Blizzard there so wish me luck!
