I'm Edward Kid Ory's daughter. good to see Clora,Buddy&Gerald's photos. My dad's first recording of Back& Creole Jazz 1921 was sold by Reb Spikes nee Spike Brothers records,Ory's Sunshine Orchestra. First Blues on KFI Radio with Roberta Dudley ,&Jazz inspiration for Charlie Chaplin,Mae Murry Fatty Arbuckle.in LA&Oakland. In the forties back on Central Ave,with Clora,Mingus Barney Bigard,etc. face book me or twitter oryskid Happy New Year/2010 Trackbacks
